1.Can products be returned?
The general return policy applies to all products except clearance items.
2.What is the time limits for return goods?
Our return,exchange &refund policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
3.What items are returnable?

4.Received defective product?/Received the wrong product?/Received a product not as described?

If you receive your product from us with above issues, please hold the product and all packaging. With your cooperation and photo of your package and item(s) we will investigate, offer a solution and ship out any replacements needed.
5.Who is responsible for return shipping cost?
Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs unless products are defective, wrong.

7.When will I receive my refund?
After your parcel reaches the local returns address, the return item(s) will be shipped to our warehouse for processing. This can take approximately 10 working days.
Once we receive your return item(s), it will go through a quality check to ensure it’s in good condition and complies with our refund policy. This can take up to 2 working days.
After the return has been approved, it takes up to 14 working days for the refund to be made to your payment services provider. Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your account to be credited. If you do not receive your refund after 7 working days, please contact your payment processor directly for further information.
8. How do I make an exchange?
Our exchange policy is only applicable to defective or wrong item(s) received in your online order and has to be made within 45 days from receiving your order. Email us at hapykitys@outlook.com with the subject title: Exchange Request – Your Order Number. Our customer service team will assist you with the returns process.
